ตั้งอยู่กลางใจเมืองพิษณุโลก ริมแม่น้ำน่าน

เพียง 2 กิโลเมตรจากถนนคนเดิน 5 กิโลเมตรจากวัดพระศรีรัตนมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหาร (วัดพระพุทธชินราช) และศาลสมเด็จพระนเรศวร

แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญของชุมชนคือวัดจันทร์ตะวันตกและวัดจันทร์ตะวันออก เชื่อกันว่าบริเวณนี้เคยมีวัดโรงช้างและโรงม้าซึ่งเคยเป็นที่พักของช้างศึกและม้าศึกของสมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช

Ban Watchan Homestay is a homestay at the heart of The City of Phitsanulok. It is located on a very beautiful bank of Nan River, just 2 kilometres from Saturday Walking Street Night Market, and 5 kilometres from Wat Phra Sri Mahathat Woramahaviharn Temple (Phra Phuttha Chinnarat) and King Naresuan the Great Shrine. East and West Wat Chan Temples are also important attractions of the community.
